Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain how Caventro provides services, handles payments, cancellations, refunds and client responsibilities.

Last updated: 7 June 2026

1. Services

Caventro provides websites, lead follow-up systems, missed call text-back, CRM setup, automation systems, booking flows, website management and related business support services for busy local trades and home service businesses.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit or setup fee may be required to begin setup and secure your project slot.

All setup fees, deposits, one-time payments and completed payments are non-refundable once payment is made or work has started.

This includes planning, preparation, automation setup, design work, funnel creation, CRM setup, website work and any custom work prepared for your business.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly services may include ongoing automation support, website management, follow-up systems, updates, maintenance and support depending on your selected package.

Future renewals can be cancelled with at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date.

If cancellation notice is given less than 14 days before the next billing date, the next billing cycle may still be charged.

4. No Long Contracts

Caventro operates on flexible monthly plans with no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients can cancel future renewals as long as the 14-day written notice period is followed.

5. Payments

Payments must be made on time according to the selected service package. Failure to complete payment may result in paused work, suspended automations, removal of support access or cancellation of services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

  • Accurate business details
  • Required access to platforms where needed
  • Content, branding, logos or assets if required
  • Reasonable communication during setup and delivery
  • Approval and feedback when requested

Delays caused by missing information, late feedback or lack of access from the client may affect delivery timelines.

7. Client Content, Accuracy & Permissions

The client is responsible for ensuring that all information, text, images, logos, reviews, business details, service descriptions, pricing, contact details and other materials supplied to Caventro are accurate, lawful and approved for use.

Caventro is not responsible for claims, losses, disputes or legal issues caused by incorrect information, misleading claims, copied content, unlicensed images or materials supplied by the client without permission.

8. Service Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the service selected, complexity of the project and client response time. Caventro aims to complete setup efficiently but does not guarantee exact timelines where delays are outside reasonable control.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Caventro may use third-party tools such as Stripe, GoHighLevel, website platforms, calendar tools, email providers, SMS providers, analytics tools or advertising platforms. Caventro is not responsible for outages, restrictions, account issues, policy changes or failures caused by third-party platforms.

10. Results Disclaimer

Caventro provides systems designed to help businesses respond faster, capture enquiries and manage leads more effectively. However, results can vary depending on lead quality, offer, market demand, customer response, business reputation and how the client uses the system. Caventro does not guarantee specific revenue, sales or lead results.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caventro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including missed revenue, lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, loss of goodwill, third-party platform issues, software failures, ad account restrictions, website downtime, data loss or delays outside reasonable control.

12. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another written method Caventro can confirm.

Cancelling a monthly service stops future renewals after the correct notice period. It does not refund previous payments, completed payments, setup fees, deposits or work already started.

13. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Once full payment has been received, the client may use the completed website content, pages and setup created specifically for their business, subject to any third-party platform terms.

Caventro branding, templates, processes, layouts, automation structures, internal systems, graphics and reusable materials remain the intellectual property of Caventro unless otherwise agreed in writing. These may not be copied, resold, reproduced or shared without written permission.

14. Third-Party Ownership & Access

Domains, hosting, software subscriptions, payment processors, CRM platforms, plugins, themes and other third-party tools remain subject to their own separate terms, pricing and licences. The client is responsible for maintaining access, payments and ownership of any third-party accounts they control.

15. Refusal Or Termination Of Service

Caventro reserves the right to refuse, pause or terminate services where a client engages in abusive behaviour, fraud, illegal activity, chargeback abuse, non-payment, repeated unreasonable requests, or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
