6. Client Customer Data

If Caventro builds or manages systems that collect enquiries for a client, we may process information belonging to that client’s customers or potential customers. This may include names, contact details, addresses, job details, messages, photos, booking details and follow-up history.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to collect, use and share their customers’ information with Caventro and any connected platforms. Clients must not ask Caventro to process unlawful, misleading, sensitive or unnecessary data.

Caventro is not responsible for outages, delays, data issues, failures, price changes, policy changes or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

10. International Transfers

Some software providers we use may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we aim to use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect personal information.

11. How Long We Keep Your Information

We only keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including business, legal, accounting and dispute-handling reasons.

12. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no online system, email platform, payment provider, CRM or communication tool can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You use online services at your own risk.

13. Cookies And Tracking

Our website may use cookies, pixels or similar technologies to improve the website, understand visitor behaviour, measure performance, support advertising, retarget visitors and improve our services.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

14. Payments, Refunds And Cancellations

Non-refundable payments: All setup fees, deposits, one-time payments and monthly subscription payments already processed are non-refundable. By purchasing a service, the client acknowledges that planning, preparation, setup or delivery work may begin immediately after payment.

Recurring subscriptions: Clients may cancel recurring monthly payments by giving at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date.

Notice must be sent by email or another written method that Caventro can confirm. If cancellation notice is given less than 14 days before the next billing date, the next recurring payment may still be charged.

Cancelling a recurring service does not refund previous payments, setup fees, deposits, work already started, work already prepared, work already delivered, third-party costs, software fees, domain costs, hosting costs or payment processing fees.

15. No Guarantee Of Results

Caventro provides websites, automation systems, follow-up systems, CRM setups and related business services. While these services are designed to help improve organisation, response times and customer experience, Caventro does not guarantee any specific increase in leads, bookings, sales, revenue, profit, rankings, enquiries or business growth.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, location, competition, pricing, reviews, client reputation, client response times, advertising spend, offer quality and how the client operates their business.

16. Client Information And Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information, text, images, logos, reviews, contact details, prices, service descriptions, accreditations and other materials supplied to Caventro are accurate and that they have permission to use them. Caventro is not responsible for inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or unauthorised content supplied by a client.

17. Website Ownership And Third-Party Costs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once full payment has been received, ownership of completed website content created specifically for the client transfers to the client. Caventro’s own branding, templates, systems, processes, copy structures, automation logic and reusable materials remain the property of Caventro.

Domain names, hosting, software subscriptions, plugins, themes, payment processors and other third-party services remain subject to their own separate terms, fees and licences. Clients are responsible for third-party costs unless agreed otherwise in writing.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Caventro branding, logos, graphics, templates, processes, systems, automations, layouts, written materials and internal methods remain the intellectual property of Caventro. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, shared, reverse engineered or reused for another business without written permission.

19. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caventro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of goodwill, loss of data, missed enquiries, missed bookings, website downtime, advertising losses or interruption to business.

Nothing in this policy limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

20. Refusal Or Termination Of Services

Caventro reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate services where a client engages in abusive behaviour, fraud, chargeback misuse, illegal activity, misleading activity, non-payment, repeated unreasonable requests, misuse of our systems or breach of agreed terms.
